"i have been acting as an agent/advocate for my mom who is 87. she had a roof installed which has had numerous leaks. 2 in garage (now taken care of) where solar lines go through to roof panels.; 1 from improperly sealed window (also ok now) leaking into 3 season porch, causing water damage; 1 around improperly flashed chimney (paid another company $1800 to repair), and now, another one where roof meets vertical end wall of house (leaking into 2nd floor ceiling and down wall into kitchen). Have been calling company for OVER A MONTH and still have not gotten any help from them. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!!! Customer service (Ashley and Ryan) have both "left messages for Jesse" as well as "reaching out to him personally". I now have left messages on his cell, and WILL BE FILING COMPLAINT WITH BBB, Office of Elderly Affairs, AG, and State Board of Licensing!! ****STAY AWAY*** ***READ REVIEWS*** (here AND on other sites!!)"

"Highly disappointed! Having a building inspector in the family, very quickly many issues were pointed out about the workmanship. I took out a $9000 loan in order to get a new roof, and the new roof has more problems than the old roof! They did not bother taking down the gutters to put up the shingles, so there are lots of lumps and bumps along the front edge. They use random mishmash of flashing, the likes of which are not installed in a way that is waterproof. They did an absolute **** job, and I will be talking to them directly today, as well as the Better Business Bureau, and my lawyer, if they don’t come down here and fix the crap work they’ve done. I can’t believe how disappointed I am, and if I could’ve left zero stars, I would have. The people that showed up came in an unmarked white van. Nobody could speak English, except for the site manager, who could barely speak English. They did not fulfill their contract as they were supposed to also add on a piece of flashing to the side of my house and were unable to do that. The only thing they did properly was show up on time. I am incredibly disappointed, incredibly ****** off, and I sure hope nobody else falls for their ********. You would think a bunch of people in company uniforms, driving company, cars, and being competent at their jobs, would be showing up. But just so you all are aware, that is not the case. You will get random people, that apparently are not really affiliated with this company, they will do an absolute crap job, and they will be happy to take your money. Sad to say, this is just another **** company like all the other ones. Find somebody else!"

"Overall, I am happy with the installation of the product. My average rating is due to the annoying process of dealing with their sales team. Initially, my sales rep gave me an overpriced deal, and so I messaged him the next day, saying I was not interested due to the price. At that point, he texted me back saying that he could magically offer a reduced price by giving me commercial pricing instead of residential pricing, and that I could get it installed either the next day or the day after. I needed it to be a little cheaper, so I said that if he could do it at a slightly further reduced price and do it the day after the next, then we have a deal. He sent me back a very snarky text, saying that I was demanding for asking for it on a particular day, especially since he was so flexible on price (which was odd, considering it was one of the days he initially offered to do it!). Overall, the product is good if you can deal with the sales reps who are no better than used car salesmen."
