"I found Pure Water Plumbing & water Purification, by way of searching on the internet. My Mom always told me to get at least 3 quotes on a job that you are going to pay for. My 1st quote was well over $3000 bucks just for the water heater and install. The 2nd one didn't want to install the water heater brand I wanted but was right at $1500 bucks. Then because of the way I was looking Lanney of Pure Water gave me a call. He was very knowledgeable and was over $500 less than the 1st quote with the same brand of water heater. Lanny also recommended my getting a ""Scale Reduction System"" installed with the new water heater. By adding that, the water heater doesn't get the build up inside of scale from the hard water here in Englewood. When Lanny was getting ready to leave the supply house to head to my home. He gave me a call to let me know he was about an hour out. Once here, I showed him where everything was and the main shutoff for the home. He and his appr were able to get the entire job done in less time than I thought possible. Afterwards he showed me the completed job and everything was done ""Up To Code"". (The last time, 16 years ago, I found out when I had the water heater installed. It wasn't up to code like they had told me they were going to do). I let Lanny know before he came to my home, that I have a dog that is 13 years old but loves people. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier that is very friendly when I am with her. Lanny's appr was a little apprehensive her. But Sophie Lynn won him over. Every time the appr would go in and out of the home to get supplies or take stuff back to the truck. He got to the point of giving Sophie a head rub. (She Loved It). So, if you want someone that is going to give you the best craftsmanship alone with a much better warranty. I highly recommend Pure Water Plumbing and Water Purification. Note---- If there is a problem with the water heater down the line, while still under warranty, other companies will replace it for free. But you have to pay for the re-install. I gave 5 Stars on my review only because giving 6 or 7 or even more was not available."

"Cassidy is very personable and prompt. He was able to perform my plumbing upgrade and dishwasher install the very next day. Dishwasher is working fine and the new water valve hasn't leaked a drop. Although he did charge more than was quoted for the work I would recommend him to others."

"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine.
