"This company was extremely efficient from the secretary who answered the phone to the dispatch of a person named Jeremy the next morning who arrived on time as scheduled. I was requesting an estimate to replace my main water line because I had no water pressure. Jeremy quickly assessed my problem and suggested we bypass my 24 yr. old water softener. When we did that I had all the pressure I needed. A reasonable diagnosis fee was less than $3,000.00 to replace a water line. I would recommend this company to anyone."

"Comfort Systems came out for routine a/c maintenance and noticed the (aged) furnace had holes in it and was leaking carbon monoxide. They worked with us to recommend a replacement furnace that was a quality product within a price range we were comfortable with. They were very open minded....no pressure. They actually gave us 5 estimates and configurations to choose from, including an option to remove and install a newsw A/C unit at the same time. After installing the new heater, heatercoil and dicts, the gave me the afternoon to paint the wall vents in a color to match my decor, and came back the next day to install those, finish the A/C maintenance (at no charge) and arrange for the city inspector. they are great. highly recommended whether for a service call, routine maintenance or a new system (heat or air) installation! <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"First of all, I want to say that the quality of the work by the craftsman was top notch. He paid attention to detail and asked for our input on any concerns. Saying this, there were multiple problems with the overall service. First, they under estimated the time required to finish the job. When the last day scheduled came up and it was not even close to being finished, I was informed that they had other jobs scheduled and would come back in a week or so to finish. Needless to say I was not happy and told the owner he needed to finish my contracted job before starting a new job. That did not happen. So instead, he sent his craftsman the following two weekends to finish the job. There is nothing better than using your weekend time off to watch a craftsman do work that should of been done earlier. Then the bill came, because of the extra time required, though no new additions were done to the original estimate, it was 50% higher than the highest estimate. We had use then once before and had no problems. Because of the poor service, we canceled a future 16,000 dollar remodeling job of our master bathroom we had scheduled."
