"I was able to schedule the repair right away the day I called. When the tech arrived, he identified the problem quickly and was finished in about 45 minutes. The company was closely in contact with me about when the tech would arrive."

"I pay them for a yearly service. They understand how to work on generators, which is hard to find in the Dallas area."

"I had them come out and move my breaker box out of a closet and I to our hall. They were timely and did good work. I was disappointed that they did not replace my outside box and shut off in the same place the other one was. I have a hole in siding with no coverage. I will have to pay someone to come and repair that. They also piled the trash up by my fence. I discovered it when I went to mow. I had to clean up the screws, snack wrappers, water bottles, and metal pieces from my yard and closet."

"This is the second time Chris and his crew have done work for us, and both times they exceeded expectations. Their attention to detail, advanced expertise, rapid and frank assessment, are truly impressive. It helps that their fees are reasonable and they are personable, but today they also successfully repaired a 20-year-old system other "experts" had told us was unrepairable. These guys are incredible!"
