"Ramon is a consummate professional in every aspect! The service he provided of painting the exterior of three buildings & coordinating to have siding removed & replaced with another carpenter was not only fast, but perfectly timed! This was a very difficult job that was done during high temperature days on several buildings, one was a large two story building. Ramon & his team also painted the interior of a home that had been heavily smoked in for 10+ years. Not only can you not smell the smoke in the home do to his knowledge of how to prep the surface, we also have no worry of the nicotine stained walls showing through the new paint. Ramon guided his team through wall paper removal & he re-textured the walls and ceilings to match the rest of the home. Ramon pays attention to detail and it shows with the amazing outcome of the projects he has done for me. Ramon has an impeccable character & his morals are amazing. "I called Moule Paint and Glass and their two window workers showed up on time on the day scheduled to my convenience. They checked the slider and replaced rollers - very efficient and polite. I showed them two other windows that would not open at all: they fixed one just by working with it, and returned about a week later with a part that had to be ordered for the other one. All three work perfectly. They combined the two visits as one for billing purposes. I could not be more pleased. <br /> Have also had the screen replaced on a sliding screen door - fast job and reasonable. So too when buying paint for the patio area: the people who waited on me were helpful, informative and friendly. <br /> I recommend Moule P and G to my friends and will work with them again. <br />"

"Jaime excels at responsiveness. Within 24 hours he came to my house 3 times: first to provide an estimate to fix the problem, then to apply the first patch and again to apply the final coat. He mixed the paint color in the plaster so I may not need to repaint the patched area! By comparison, the other company I called requested photos of the problem - never heard back from them."

"Joe the owner and his wife and small crew did an excellent job.  They showed up on time, completed when they said they would, and did a very good cleanup job too.  I have a stained wood sided home and Joe and his crew did a wonderful job that met my critical eye and demanding expectations.  The multi-coat stain looks beautiful with no brush lines or roller speckles, and the paint lines are all straight and colors all match.  Joe always comes around after the job is complete and is happy to touch up any missed spots (there has only been on small one once) and to remove any stray stain drips that fell onto windows.  Joe has also be able to sub out small pieces of repair work such as a piece of trim or moulding that needs replacement and can do some sealing and reassembly of items that have been knocked off.  I've had Joe do work for me on several occasions.  Although he doesn't offer bargain basement prices I am very pleased with his work and feel I am getting an excellent price for the quality of his services, especially the stain work.  I'm comfortable recommending him and will be using him again for another job in the near future. <br />"

"Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"
