"We called Brian in the evening, and he met us the next day at the house. We told him what we wanted, gave him paint chips for 2 of the 3 rooms, and the third matching the existing color. About an hour or two later he called with an estimate, and we scheduled the work for a couple days later. We had not moved in yet, and were traveling for the holidays, so we told him that any day over the next week was fine. We had no problem with leaving him a key, as he seemed very professional and trustworthy. Our instincts were confirmed when we returned home to find a beautifully done job, our key, and an invoice for the exact amount he'd estimated. Once we get all our kitchen appliances, we will probably get our kitchen painted.
