"They were more expensive and I had a hard time getting in touch with them for follow up. Didn't go up in the attic and even look for a leak, just told me what I needed to repair. I made them come back later and go up in the attic. First time I tried to call back, the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. Then when I finally did get in touch with them and set up a meeting time, they didn't show up. Finally called the office and got them back out. They did so some touch up sealing with silicone around my chimney, which was another leak I had previously, for free to make up for my inconveniences."

"Johnny was great to work with. He answered my call timely. Showed up to give us an estimate when he said he would; that is hard to find, a contractor who actually comes when they say they will! He provided a quote in a timely manner, and was able to squeeze me into his schedule quickly, which was very appreciated considering we had a small hole in the roof that was letting in rain. But most importantly, he told me that our roof only needed repair/patching, that we did not need a new roof. Appreciate his honesty. We obtained a 2nd estimate that came in higher than Johnnyâ s said we needed to do additional work on the roof. When I asked Johnny about the additional work, he said it wasnâ t needed, so again really appreciate the honesty. Ran his information through a friend who is in the roofing business, (but doesnâ t work in my area) and the friend said everything Johnny told me was correct, including his price. "After seeing a few commercials of Brighter Side Roofing, I asked my Daughter to contact them when my roof began to leak thru my laundry room ceiling a few weeks ago. Since I couldn't remember the name of the company, I waited for the commercial to appear again because I liked everything about it. Mr. Antonio Bridges, came out and went onto the roof to inspect the area I showed him from inside and returned to let us know there would be no charge due to the minor fix to the leak, Here we were prepared to replace the entire roof when only a few nails were needed. We offered to buy him and his assistant lunch, but they graciously refused , asking us to donate to a good cause, to pay it forward. "We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. "Mike Bearden arrived and I explained the situation to him. He got right to work and did a thorough inspection. He checked the ceilings for stains and went in the attic to inspect the roof decking for signs of water intrusion. he then wen on the roof and checked the shingles, ridge vents, pipe collars, and the skylight. Thankfully, my roof was in good shape with about 10 years of life left and he only did some minor, regular maintenance. I also received a report of the work done and roof's condition. I am very happy with the service I received. I would definitely use Over the Top Roofing for future needs!"
