"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. Here are the details regarding the work that was performed: Tear Off old Shingles, Cleanup all Debris and Haul Away; Install New 15 # Felt on Home; Install Weather Watch in Valleys and on Back porch due to low slope roof pitch; Replace Old PVC Pipe Flashing; Replace 2 Power Fans; Re-Flash 2 Brick Walls; Install New Shingles GAF 30 architectural Shingles.5 Year Warranty on all Labor; and Materials Warranted by Manufacturer. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in one day. A foreman was on site to address any concerns/questions that we had during the install. Since the work ended late in the day, the foreman returned to our home at our convenience two days later to inspect the work with us. They gave us plenty of choices of shingles, and they were very knowledgeable in answering our questions. <br /> When the time came to replace the roof, they were amazing.  Their crew worked tirelessly in extreme heat.  They were polite and professional and the job was done on time. They did a great job cleaning up as well. <br /> On a side note, one of the workers accidentally dropped a tape measure which ended up falling through the roof insulation and cracking the sheet rock on our ceiling. "We had loose shingles on our roof after a storm in April. I went to Angie's List to find roofing contractors to replace our roof. <br /> I called Horizon Roofing and 3 other contractors based on the reviews that I read on Angie's List. Jason came right out and looked at my roof. He suggested that we contact our insurance agent to get an appraisal on the damage to see if our insurance would cover the cost of the roof. Jason very graciously came and covered the spot where our loose shingles were without charge. He also offered to come to my house when the adjuster came to look at the roof. Jason went up on the roof with the adjuster( during some of the hottest days we have had this summer) and went through all of his concerns on our behalf. In end our roof was covered, the crew came out, and we now have a BEAUTIFUL new roof! I am extremely pleased with everything they did. Even if we had not had insurance coverage, I would have been very pleased with the service and attention that we received."
