He suggested we do our walks at the same time. We agreed and signed the contract because the price was reasonable. (We’d already researched costs, materials, work quality, etc) Claudio did everything he said he would do including finishing this beautiful job 1 1/2 weeks early to our complete satisfaction. "I can not say enough positive things about Mark Patrick owner of Affordable Concrete! I called him early on Monday, by 12:30 he was at my house to give me a quote. It was a fair price and I hired him. He told me he would be at my house at 6:30am on Wednesday, two days later!! He showed up on time, went right to work and completed the patio promptly. I am very pleased with his work, it is exactly what I wanted. He was very kind, and polite. He cleaned up great after the job was complete. I would absolutely hire Mike again for any concrete jobs!!!!"

"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."
