"My name is Ryan Lantaff and I am the Executive Director and Lead Pastor of Agape Life Gardens. We are a local faith-based nonprofit in the Gulf Coast region of Alabama. We service people in crisis and transition from active addiction to a life of productivity in Recovery. We also have a food pantry where we have a grocery bag ministry providing free groceries to people in need. The building we own for the food pantry had a roof that needed to be torn off and completely redone. We had no idea how we would afford it or be able to get it done. Through much prayer and contemplating on how to accomplish this task, we received a random call from Marlon Wade with Wade Roofing and Construction. At this point we had raised around a $1,000 for a $15,000 project. Marlon informed us that he was going to buy the materials and provide the labor for the new roof for the $1,000 we had raised. To be honest, I didn't really think this was going to be a real thing. But sure enough, 2 days later material was dropped off at the location, and 2 days after that we had a new roof! It was truly a blessing from the Lord, and we are so grateful for the generosity from the "Wade Made" family. They believe in community, and believe in those who help their communities. I would give way more than 5 stars if this site would let me! I will always recommend Wade Roofing and Construction to anyone and everyone in need of construction and roofing projects to be completed! "Charlie is very punctual and calls back almost immediately. He kept me informed of when the work would be done (due to excessive rain, it had to be put off several days). When he and he crew went out, tey focused on the work, made certain everything went smooth, cleaned up afterwards, and even went over the lawn to check to be certain no nails were left behind! <br /> The entire work was very professional and handled very well - I would definitely use him for roofing my house and recommend him to anyone here in Pensacola who needs an awesome company to handle their roofing jobs! <br />"

Island Roof Repair did an excellent job repairing the flashing on our roof and which had been incorrectly installed and caused some damaging leaks at different points in our roof. They showed up the next day after we called them. When leaving, after inspecting the roof, they gave us a comprehensive report of what’s wrong, what needs to be done to fix it and promised an estimate within 24 hours. They were very accommodating about working around our rental schedule. We had one day last week when we had no guests and they swooped in, did the job quickly and efficiently and we are extremely pleased with them. "Scheduling was delayed by bad weather. When the weather permitted, a two man crew arrived and I showed them the new fans and explained about the built-in thermostat/humidsat attached to the top mounted solar panel. The fans were on my back porch and as soon as we moved them in the sunlight, the motors started running! And absloutely no noise. <br /> Prior to securing the fans to the roof, the thermosta/humidstat had to be lowered below each fan for proper operation. After the roof was patched the crew cleaned up the area and left. <br /> This was the second time I've used Fields and have been well pleased with the cost and quality of their work. <br />"

"We had the best experience possible with Mr. Pritchard. I called and left him a VM on Monday 8/5/2019. He called me back promptly. I explained the situation with my leaking roof and siding damage. He scheduled with me an appointment for the very next morning to come out to my house and inspect the areas of damage. Our appointment was for 8:30 AM on Tuesday morning. He arrived at 8:28 AM (perfectly on time). He assessed the areas and gave me an estimate to repair the damages. I agreed and he actually found the leak and patched my roof immediately right then, to make sure that I didn’t sustain any more staining to the interior. We then set a time the following morning (today) to repair the siding damage. He arrived exactly on time again and got right to work. Throughout the tear out process, he found additional damages not known before. This includes rotted studs, as well as additional rotted siding. I was very concerned that the price for the repairs would go up significantly. Not so. He only charged me for the additional wood (which was almost nothing) and paint that he needed to buy, even though it was going to be much more work for him. He said, “I quoted that first price, so that’s all I will charge”. He and his assistant worked tirelessly for probably 10 hours to tear out, repair and paint the damaged area. Looking at the finished product, you can’t even tell that there was damage there. Mr. Pritchard is a man that truly cares about treating people the right way, as well as cares about the quality of his work. From the start, he acted with the utmost professionalism and is extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I are already tentatively scheduling him for some other home repairs that we have been wanting to have done. I have also passed his card to a couple of my immediate neighbors who will be calling him as well for their own home repair projects. If you need a knowledgeable and honest contractor, you should call Mr. Pritchard."
