"Hired Elevated Cleaning Solutions to do a move-out deep clean May 20. 1900 sq ft house. 1 story. Empty. Hired two ladies for 2.5 hours PLUS added on the fridge and oven cleaning. Cost of $275. Price was good. Ladies finished early as I assumed they would. I went by the house and did a quick walk through and everything looked and smelled great. Paid and gave a 5 star rating. The rental company took a week before they went out to finish their review. Came back that the baseboards and floors had not been cleaned - they could see dog hair. Contacted ECS and they asked me to provide pictures. So I went to the house to check - 45 min drive by the way. I swept up a lot of dog hair and dirt. Took pictures and sent. They came back and said I missed my window of 24-48hrs Not their problem. Find a better cleaning company than Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Never trust a company that wont stand behind their work."
