"I hired them to clean the carpet in the second floor of my house. I also got from them a free running rug cleaning so it was a great deal. Adam sent his guys to my house and they did a great job! the running rug came like new in a bag.

"I thought the job was very well done.  They explained the cost before starting and did a great job!  But, didnot inform me that there was a minimum charge of $249 until after they itemized the price for each item;  I ended up paying an extra $54 which could have been applied towards more vents to clean.  However,   I am very pleased with the work done.  Our heater motor really needed to be cleaned well as was done.  I was just disappointed they did not tell me about a minimum charge of $245 after telling me each detailed cost of each type of service.  Be sure to get a clear written quote before starting your job.  I was also not offered the 5% or given the discount for using angieslist.com.   I will consider another company next time."

"This team was very quick and thorough in cleaning my carpets, as well as several pieces of furniture. They even threw in my dining room chairs, which I had passed on, for free. They were great in communicating with me on the phone and in person. They left me some products free of charge. I had some really bad stains which they were able to get out completely. I would definitely recommend them."

"We sent in our cream shag carpet to be cleaned. They offered us a more competitive price and the carpet came back smelling great and so clean and fresh! The only reason I give them 4/5 stars is because the first time the carpet came back, it was still damp and we had a few stains on the bottom from the dirt being 'pushed through' in the cleaning process. They were great though, took the rug with them, re-cleaned it, and brought it back in perfect condition. I'm so happy with these guys and their great customer service- something hard to find these days! ;-)"
