Inspectors demand 2 ground rods for code requirements as well and he was respectful to us when my wife asked that they be hidden in our flower beds. Don't be fooled by his age as he is young. He seems to have a wealth of knowledge. I was called by 4 electricians and John definitely came in well below the rest. One was close but because John has low overhead he keeps his rates down.
