However, David is very knowledgeable and has a relaxed demeanor, which made me confident with his work. I know that he has made my home much safer. I left a message with Mr. Electric and they called back within an hour.   I told them the problem and they went to the site and determined the problem.   Mr. Electric called and let me know what the problem was and the cost of the repair.   I gave the OK and they completed the repair.   All of this was done within  4 hours.
