"I originally hired Carlos to install some new vanity tops and sinks and to repair and paint my deck. I was preparing my house for sale. After discussing with my agent the list of things to do grew substantially. Carlos stepped up and ended up taking on all the work. He (and his crew) removed popcorn ceiling, painted walls, ceilings, stair bannisters, cabinet doors, front door, steps and he installed a new vanity, tiled, fixed plumbing issues, fixed electrical issue with switches, repaired and installed blinds. Caulked and sealed and even removed a dead rodent in the crawl space! He did all this in a VERY tight timeline as I needed to get the house on the market. He worked long hours and when little stuff cropped up her came back to fix or change. He is polite, responsive and professional. He kept me informed of what he found and any needed changes and provide receipts for supplies quickly. I gave him a key and I was very comfortable with him working when I was at work. All in all a very good experience and I will use him again."

"Excellent! I was so fortunate to find this company. From day one, they were “on it”. David and May are quite a team when it comes to insuring that the contracted job was done to our agreed specifications. I have an HOA that has rules for decks, fencing, and patio roofs. May and David assisted in communicating with them and me to assure rules were met. They were patient, professional, honest and forthright in our negotiating, as well as helping me with decisions I wasn’t sure about. They actually wanted me to be happy with my decisions. “Where there was a will, there was a way” The workers were awesome. They checked with me as they went along, making sure no changes were necessary. They were on time, efficient, and worked steadily. When they or I had questions, May or David were called and FaceTimed. No surprises. May was at my home to inspect the job periodically. She wanted to be sure all was on schedule, and I was pleased. David was out also, and did final inspection before the job was signed off. What an amazing staff. They know how to work with people, to insure what the customer wants, within the price range the customer has. I will hire Cosmic Renovation and Roofing again, to do my patio and hard scape when I’m ready. They are wonderful! I highly recommend them!! "Excellent job from Manuel and his crew with coordination by Jordon Lovett. They showed up on time, worked very hard and were very trustworthy. Job started in December so they worked around the rain even working on a Saturday, they kept us updated on the schedule and with pictures of the work. We needed to replace our aging tar and gravel roof, Jordon recommended Polyglass (modified bitumen roof membranes). We upgraded to add insulation as our house had none, extra time and materials were needed to build up the fascia due to the extra height. We added a new sun tunnel which is amazing, bringing light into our apartment. For ease of inspection access, we also added a roof hatch. We are very satisfied with their professionalism and excellent work."

The only thing was communication. Needed a little more conversation over the phone to confirm arrival on first full work day. The sales rep showed up to lay down a plastic cover over a suspected leak and it held up during some very blustery rain. Over all excellent work but expensive."
