"It went just fine - took a total of about 6 weeks and we were torn up for the whole time, but that has to be expected. Steve Heidorn arranged for the painters to arrive at a certain time and when they were done, the drywallers came and did what they had to do, then the painters, and tile repairmen came and took care of what they needed to do. There were just a few minor spots that needed to be corrected and Steve Heidorn arranged for the painters to come back right away and finish up. Very pleased with the whole process. <br />"

He mostly paints for new construction houses but he said he would do our house but he was going to have to work it in. He worked it in and we are still very satisfied. "Installation was very professional and seamless. My only complaint is that we were advised to have "our" painters stain the doors, i.e. not included in the estimated cost for the doors. I did not realize that it would cost another $900. to complete this process. I would have appreciated a ball park figure for this additional bill."

"There was an issue with paint supplier (Porter Paints) giving painter the incorrect color twice. Provider was not responsible for errors since correct info had been provided. Provider had agreed to work late in the evening so that the job would be completed that day for my convenience. Two separate trips were made to get the correct color from Porter. When they were not able or willing to accommodate our needs, arrangements were made to get the necessary paint from another source with no expense tome. A team of 3 workers were at my home until 12:45 AM in order to complete the job as requested. Large quantities of excess paint (3 gallons of one color plus almost 2 gallons of second color and 1 gallon of third color) were left with the customer for future use as needed. In addition, they did paint my entire fireplace mantel versus touchup of a very small area that had paint drips on it, The following morning the owner did come back for follow up check on the job and was more than willing to make any corrections if needed....none were needed. I would definitely use this provider again and recommend him to friends and neighbors. <br />"
