These issues were completely visible from the start. These were not hidden problems uncovered mid-project; they should have been included in my initial quote. After my complaint, I was offered a $1,200 discount, which was a standard new customer offer from their website and should have been automatically included from the start. "Janucz was on time, friendly, professional and worked hard to make sure I was happy. HOWEVER, upon installation of my tile kitchen backsplash, the workers were found standing on my stove top, used my garbage can as their mixing bucket (which Janucz ran out and purchased a new one for me) and chipped several tiles. It took far longer than expected too. I would be weary of recommending them if I knew I couldn't be around to supervise the job like a hound. If it were Janucz doing the job, I would trust him implicitly. He was respectful and meticulous. His workers, not so much."
