But him and his workers needs more training and attention to what they are working with. (example: when the box states fragile or this side up) Because when it goes to storage the client does not know if they property is damage until, they remove it from storage. Which could be months or years. And they must know how to place it for storage. If your price is compatible with the more experience companies you must make some changes. And if you are going to charge a customer for supplies, please let them know before the job is done. Which effects the bottom line when competing with other moving companies."
