"They did a very nice job. The company was fine. They kind of changed hands, someone kind of left and someone had taken over. We dealt with some weather. They were great. They kept following up with us every week. That was nice to be able to have that communication and we know that they hadn't forgotten about us. They came one day and they got it in one day and they came back for the walk-through inspection and haven't had any problems and it looks nice. We're very pleased. They were giving quotes to our next door neighbor and they had noticed that we had some things on our roof and asked if they could come and look at it to check it out and we came to find out that we had some things wrong that we didn't know about. It was very good. They always kept in touch with us. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did what they were supposed to. They did a follow up when they were supposed to."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"This was my first home improvement project more complicated than fixing a water heater.  Bryan helped plan, coordinate 3rd party vendors and even ran around town trying to find items to match my brushed nickel finish.  He was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what needed to be purchased or decided next, since I was completely unprepared for the amount of work this took on my part - so many decisions!!  All of the men who came to help work on the bathroom were polite, punctual, personable and cleaned up after themselves.  I work from home and even while in my office, the men were respectful of my space and the noise they were making.  I can't say enough good things about Bryan's team.  The finished product is so pretty I'm afraid to use it an mess it up!  Bryan is permanently in my phone book and will be the first call for every future project.
