"We couldn’t be happier with the cleaning job that was done yesterday in our home. We had carpet , steps , and upholstery cleaned. So good to wake up to a home that has been refreshed. Jeff and his brother were on time. They were neat and got the job done! Would highly recommend them!"

"Wow! That was my first thought when I saw how clean my carpet looked after Steve Rice, the owner, had only cleaned a few feet of my carpet. I could not be happier after having Steve/Accurate Carpet Cleaning clean my carpet. I have had my carpet cleaned before by other companies, but none have ever come close to how clean my carpet looks today. Steve was great to work with. He is a good caring person and walked through the house with me to get an understanding of what needed to clean. He made some suggestions, so we didn't go from super clean carpet to dingy looking carpet from other rooms adjacent to what was going to be cleaned. I highly recommend Steve/Accurate Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning if you are considering having your carpets cleaned."

I’m a certified cleaner worked with a cleaning company for over three years and still currently working for cleaning company I have lots of experience and will give great and quality service.

"Robert, the carpet cleaning technician, arrived at the scheduled time. He had a big smile and a friendly greeting. He explained what he was going to do and then went about doing it. It took a little over an hour. We could see on the carpet where he had cleaned and he covered all the areas we had asked him to. It was a warm, humid day and so the carpet took most of the day to dry, but we ran fans and were able to replace the furniture later that afternoon. We were very pleased with the service and will certainly employ them again."

"They vacuumed & steam cleaned our carpet to our satisfaction.  The only thing we didn't like was the extra charge of $69 for a stain protection, which was "necessary" according to the guy doing the cleaning in order to have the carpet wear well.  In our mind a "necessary" thing as this should be included in the price or at least mentioned ahead of time, which it was not. The high traffic area of the carpet got pretty clean - not as clean as I had hoped, but OK.  The rest of the carpet looked great.  They were timely & were done very quickly.

"I had a pipe break in one of our rental properties and the carpeting was flooding. I called Satisfaction Plus to have them respond to the situation. They came in an expedited manner and cleaned/sanitized the carpeting. Their service and price made both, us and the tenant very happy."

"We have two modern rugs that needed cleaning. They weren't overly expensive but have worn well and seemed worth cleaning. One was a 8 foot circular rug used in the breakfast area of the kitchen for a couple of decades at least. The other was a decade old 6 by 10 foot but it had some blue pen stains from our dog eating a pen on it. The stains were well set. They picked both rugs up and took them in. When returned the circular rug was noticeably cleaner to me and I could see again that it had a 1 inch black out border that was now very distinct from a 2 inch inner chocolate brown border. The colors popped again as well. Surprisingly the other rug no longer had the ink stains - they were totally gone - a very pleasant surprise. That rug looked great as well. They brought them both back and put them where they had been. We were very happy with their service, convenience and price. Thanks!"

"Very nice, on time, he did the carpet on my house and also my car."

"The two young men that came to my home were very friendly and did a wonderful job. They took the time to hang insulation over the doors, to the outside, to keep the bitter cold outside. They placed plastic corner pieces around corners so they wouldn't damage the drywall. They would ask me to come and see the progress as they were cleaning and would ask if I was satisfied with the work so far. They were able to get spots out of the carpet I was not! My carpets look like new."

"Bella Shine did a great job cleaning our condo, including the carpets. They were quick to respond with a quote and scheduled the cleaning for the next day, due to our tight time frame. The first person we showed the condo to said the carpet looked brand new!"
