Hew was wonderful at explaining all the services he offered that could help give our carpet the refresh it was needing. The previous owner had a cat and he was able to eliminate the odor that loomed in the basement. The stretching has done wonders for the appearance of the carpet and there are no more tripping hazards from wrinkled carpet. "Midland Carpet Cleaning was WONDERFUL!! My recliner(especially) and carpet have not looked this good in years. Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"

"After purchasing a deep cleaning which went great, I went to every other week cleaning.  I don't see them but I come home to a beautiful clean house, they use email to confirm and adjust appointments, and are flexible with me about adding or subtracting my guest room or other rooms.  They also were able to set me a regular time on Thursdays which I like since I most want my house clean on the weekends.
They've also followed my instructions to use a special cleaner and cloth floor mop on my hardwood floors.  This will be even more important when they start cleaning my beautiful new floors.
