It is hardwood and after she mopped it, there were cloudy spots throughout the kitchen area. I went over them with a clean damp paper towel that removed the cloudy areas. She was very nice and we had some more personal exchanges. I would certainly use her again!"

But I can?t find anything in the house that meets my admittedly high cleaning standards. I can?t even find anything that is simply actually dust-free or pet-hair free. I could take a dozen pictures of pet hair clinging to counters, dirt in out of the way places and not so out of the way places on the floor, and smaller or interior surfaces they specifically said were cleaned that are still clearly dirty. So even though it might look better on quick inspection, the house does not have a freshly-cleaned feel, in fact it has the opposite in a lot of ways."
