"We have used Natural Way for several years. We have been overall disappointed, especially the last two years. Our lawn continues to grow more weeds as well as the different, harmful grass varieties have taken root in our lawn and are spreading. They seem to push more and more services, rather than advise exactly what we can do to improve the lawn and landscaping. "I left a voicemail message one evening at R S Lawn Care & asked for someone to call me back regarding weekly lawn cutting services. Ryan called me back the very next morning. I was so impressed! Unfortunately, he told me that they didn't offer these services in the area where I live. I was disappointed but then I asked him if he could give me any references & he supplied me with two & said they were both very good. I called one of them & I got signed up right away. "Service technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Extra care was taken to prevent tracking in outside dirt. Every inside visit tech. wore protective coverings over his boots. After a thorough furnace inspection/cleaning he then asked for my input. If I was ever unsure or curious about maintenance that I myself could do. I now know how to change those Aprilaire space-guard filters. And now own a Humidifier that works without the standing water(mold). Maintenance on the new humidifier only takes 1min rather then 30min w/older humidifier. For good, neat, and professional service I ONLY call D+G."
