"Installed Manual Transfer Switch for large (50Amp) portable generator. First Pro provide a good fix for my issue, different from what I initially thought I wanted; more power from generator to home (45Amp vs 30Amp). Unfortunately he was too busy to do the work. 78 days later, I discussed with office if they would send another technician out to do the work, they did and completed the following day within 3.5 hours (2 techs). Electrical inspector completed his inspection within 2 hours of the work being completed. Cost of the job (material and labor) was just as the first tech estimated. While I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the expertise of the techs sent to do the work, I'm not sure I'd call them again. ."
