My wall wasn't on even ground, so they had to build it like a terrace. I am satisfied with their work. They even put weep holes in it for drainage, so wall doesn't build up against the wall over a period of time. Work is even guaranteed. I approve of this company. "Branch manager, owner said that they would look into concerns I had. Never got a response from either one. I was quoted 7 pallets of grass. Charged for 7 and they only used 6. Never received an explanation from manager or owner after requesting an explanation. Salesman told me that the vendor over stacked the pallets and that the sq footage was the same as 7 pallets. Well I wasn?t quoted sq footage. I was quoted 7 pallets. Horrible management and will not use or recommend their services again. Make sure your quotes are spelled out and understood. Garbage front office. Communication is non existent!!!!"
