I contacted Toni Robinson, Manager, Customer Service about installing Laminate Flooring. Two days later Grerg Costello, Owner, Sales, came to my house and we reached a reasonable deal for installation. The Flooring was delivered. I was told the installers Danilo and jake would arrive at 8AM in the morning. At 8AM in the morning Toni Robinson arrived with the installers, she introduces everyone and answered any questions. The installers went to work immediately and only took a short lunch break and completed the job a 6PM. (10 hours). They were very respectful and did a professional job of installation and did an amazing job cleaning up. Outstanding Customer Service Reasonable Price Professional Installation Definitely a FIVE Star Operation"

You will find convenient store hours and friendly as well as knowledgeable staff with over 40 years combined experience. We have at our disposal experienced flooring installers, contractors and builders. It is always helpful for consumers to come in prepared to make color and material selections, and to have a general layout available to us. If you are not able to come in to the store during store hours, and need us to make a visit for a consultation, we can accomodate that as well. (There may be a fee depending on the location.) Plan on refinishing your floors every seven to 10 years to keep them looking their best. You can skip full sanding only if the finish is still in great shape. In that case, your hardwood flooring pro can lightly buff the surface and apply a fresh topcoat. You can maintain regular sweeping and vacuuming to keep grit at bay. But if you see wax buildup, dents, or deep scratches, sanding is a must. Otherwise, the new coat will highlight every flaw.
Sweep or dust-mop every few days, then follow up with a slightly damp microfiber mop and a cleaner specifically designed for wood floors—avoid anything harsh that can strip the finish. For stubborn marks, rub lightly with fine steel wool and a bit of mineral spirits, then buff with wax. Adding blinds or curtains also shields boards from sun-fade and keeps the color even.
