"Had one of the worst AC leaks to date in a rental property of mine and thought I was in for an expensive, long-haul dry out and repair process. On top of that, I couldn’t even get to the house myself to assess the damage. BTI came through in every way. They were on site immediately, had emailed and texted me dozens of pictures, and had the full recommendation and invoice to me within hours. Everything was clear and reasonable. Dry out equipment was also on site same day. Within just a few days, BTI had not only completed dryout, but also drywall repairs including painting, carpet removal, and new hardwood floor installation for four separate rooms, all of which required moving my tenant’s furniture out and back into each room. On top of that, their pricing was incredibly reasonable and their detailed documentation meant I received wholly uncontested insurance coverage for the entire job. I’ve visited the house since completion, and the work is superb. Paint is a perfect match and the hardwood installation looks better than what I have in my primary residence. They get in and out super fast and everything they have ever painted for me has been absolutely perfect! They never make a mess and if by chance they do, they always clean up after themselves. They pretty much paint about everything in our town, because businesses and contractors know that their work is far superior than other painters. "The work took longer than I expected.  The primary owners came out to give the estimate and then sent out a man and his helper.  The painter and his helper were not very thorough and sloppy.  The owners had to come out to  finish the job because the people they had sent out were very slow and not very thorough.  Overall, the owners were very amicable and professional.. <br />"

Behind gutter downspouts, <br /> outside temperature sensor could have easily been taken off but he taped <br /> over it instead. Just unprofessional for the price I think. <br /> Charged me more than we agreed on, said the boards cost him more. <br /> Thought I was going to save $1000 over next painter, wound up only <br /> saving 300. <br /> He did stop my leak on the patio cover though.
