"Don’t hesitate - make the call; we’re so glad we did! I will definitely call Paradigm Plumbing for our future projects! It was such a pleasure to work with Ross and his crew. They respond quickly and their work is top quality."

"They were courteous and on time.. I only rated a 3 because the job took 15 minutes and I paid 1 full hour. I knew what to expect but it's still hard to pay over $200 for a 15 minute job."

"Excellent plumber. Excellent work. Fair prices."

"On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."

"They were very professional and replaced the faucet in time."

"Our full view storm door needed the door handles replaced. We were unable to lock it. We put in a request thru Angi and Delmar Yellock of Designing Xpressions was the first contractor to respond. After discussion, he agreed to stop by the very next day. Upon arrival and after examining the door he found I had purchased the wrong parts. He fully explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He visited a local store and purchased the correct parts. Despite spending twice as much time doing the repair he stuck with the original price quoted. I learned Del is actually a general contractor and does remodels and virtually any job inside the house. We will definitely be calling him back for future work. One last point: Del's price (including parts) was one sixth of prices quoted by others. This experiece almost makes me want to see something else need fixing! Great honest contractor!!!"

"Dan and his team were incredibly responsive, especially when I discovered a second leak while they were replacing the hot water heater. They also, quite literally, saved my life and my neighborhood when they caught a gas leak, I didn't notice, helped identify exactly where it was coming from and hooked me up with folks who came out immediately to repair"

"Donny was great! Super helpful, clear explanations, fair prices. I have hired him for two additional jobs and would definitely hire him again."
