"I leaked the roof of my new addition and hired All Available Roofing, LLC to repair it. After inspecting the roof, the owner told me the entire roof needed to be replaced. He also said the rolled roof over my patio had to be replaced because the plywood underneath was rotting. One of the main reasons I agreed to the work was his promise of a lifetime guarantee, which is written directly on the invoice. The work was started and completed in early November 2025. The crew did everything listed on the invoice, and at the time, I had no issues with the workmanship or materials.
