You even receive a photo of the person who will do the work, and a short biography. I will not search for other plumbers to work on our home. "I scheduled Bob to come out to refinish three bathtubs in my home.  I was ready for him to do the work, but after assessing the tubs and scrubbing them down well he insisted that they did not need to be refinished.  As such, he did not do the work even though he could have easily just gone along with my initial request and made more money.  It is not often that you deal with people that could take advantage of you, yet choose not to do so and truly look out for the client and conduct themselves in an honest manner.  If I ever need his services in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him again. <br />"

"Lonnie changed out the valve that controls water to our house and two outside faucets. The shut off valve is in ox that had deteriorated over the years allowing water to stand it and corroding the valve. The faucets had gotten corroded; and, they could not be rebuilt so had to be replaced completely. Our house is 37 years old, so plumbing parts do not always match and it required finding new parts that will. He completed the job in a very professional manner. He definitely went above and beyond to help us out while he was here. We liked that he gave us a quote for the completed project. Other plumbers gave us an hourly rate; but, they could not tell us how long it would take. So, we wouldn't know what the final cost would be."
