"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. "In April 2024, one of their guys ran off the road and trashed my fence. The owner was so apologetic and vowed to rebuild it beautifully. It took a few weeks for him to free up his schedule, but he repaired it close to what it was before, 5 1/4 boards and all. (*deck boards last longer than 1x's on a horse fence - especially when diagonally braced properly at each section as mine was.) Now the rockwork is also being repaired. I will be sure to post lots of before and after photos so you can see the quality of work these guys do. No stock photos, the real deal!"
