"Pipes froze after the burner went out in our weekend home during a week with subfreezing temperatures. We called Curt and he arrived with his men and took control of the situation, thawing out the house with pans in place to catch the water and minimize further damage. Then it came to finding and fixing all the holes in the frozen pipes, including the ones inside the wall. At this point, he checked to make sure the level of insulation in those hard to reach places was at the level it needed to be, so that to reduce the chance of this happening again in the future. Finally, the walls had to be repaired and repainted, which made everything look better than ever. At the end of the job, he sent a house cleaner in to mop and dust, and it was like they were never there. <br /> In a situation like this, Curt's calm and courteous manner was greatly appreciated, but, as important, he was prompt, reliable and does high-quality work. During the time he was working at the house, he sent pictures to us so that we could see how the work progressing and also have them as documentation for the insurance company. He was also willing to meet with the insurance adjuster and be there when the oil company came to fix the burner. I was concerned about my shrubs and he put a clause in contract if shrubs were damaged they would be replaced. He gave 2 references in my local area. After consulting with references I felt comfortable and hired them. I was put on the list for April2018. I received a call on April 19 they could do the job the next day. I was concerned about impending snow storm predicted for the 21. They stated in all likelihood it could be done in one day. They came at 7am and worked through day. Joe one the owners dropped by to check on project. They were able to complete the job in one day. Everything was put back, cleaned up. The next day Bill the other owner came to check on job that the grounds were left clean with no debris left, materials not used were picked up.
