"It went well. Price seemed reasonable, and work commenced only a few days after the first payment. The whole job took about a week. The large boulder proved difficult, but the workers managed to clear it with a jackhammer. A reasonable fee was negotiated for this. one week later, we had our new pool patio, wall, and steps. Our front roof downspout was re-routed around the pool and a U-drain was installed to direct runoff from the patio away from the house. Everything was done as agreed and Mr. Sheehan was very responsive."

"I had Legacy Landscaping repair my walkway and steps to the driveway which were waiting for an accident to happen.. They also cleaned up some landscaping next to my patio which was in sad disarray and planted six arborvitae 6 foot trees along my fence line. I had all the mulch replaced with river rocks and I absolutely love the look. Chris was very knowledgeable and his team of workers did an awesome job in a timely manner. In addition to the two jobs they also cleaned up a big maple tree in my backyard, cleaned up some vines growing over the fence, saved my morning glory and cleaned up the landscaping in the front of the house. Everything looked pristine when they finished. Chris also had my big arborvitae in the front of the house sprayed for bag worms which probably saved all my evergreens in the front. "As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."
