From the very beginning of the project, he provided a clear contract with a drawing that showed he understood our design request. During the course of the work, he used an app that showed the progress of the work, including pictures. At the end of each day's effort, everything was put in order and tidied up until the next work day began. The entire project was done within the budget and the schedule we needed. Started with an aggressive bid then added $2000 when they showed up. ???? Then added more $$ after the work was done. Without informing me ahead of time and giving me the option. They suggested more work needed to be done and gave me a quote. Then they lowered it by $400. Then another $400. Then they lost my trust. Their competitor, Goldseed did the follow on job for much less and did an excellent job. Super friendly. Timely response. Great interaction. Great coaching on landscaping. I wish I had gone with Goldseed. I will be going there henceforth. "
