"Almighty Building did a great job! They removed half of our back deck and poured in a concrete patio. The work was actually completed much faster than I thought it would which was great, and also looked fantastic. I will be hiring for future projects and would definitely recommend."

"Schyler arrived at the appointed time explained the the process and how the equipment worked. After he finished he walked me through the completed work. He had cleaned up all the leftover residue explaining if there was any further movement in the work there was a five year warranty and he would return to correct it at no additional cost."

"Very good job; very good people. We had our driveway and a sidewalk removed and re-poured. Additionally they removed sod adjacent to driveway and sidewalk; they removed and replanted a large rosebush and brought in soil enhancement -- our side yard is now ready for replanting. They installed an under-the-sidewalk drain pipe as well."

"Todd came out and looked over the hot tub level situation and checked the level.  He explained how the concrete leveling process worked.  On the day to level, the hot tub had been removed and the new one was waiting.  Todd and his assistant, Stan, drilled a few holes in the slab and pumped in grout, re-leveling the slab.  The hot tub is in our backyard and down a hill and required about 80 feet of hose to pump the grout, so not an easy job.  Overall the new tub is much more level than the old tub previously was.  One corner that was most out of level actually had a void underneath that Todd could detect while he was drilling.  They patched the holes in the slab and they blend in well. <br />"

"I am a 66 year-old woman in escrow for a lovely home precariously perched on a hill above a creek. The generic "home inspection" by another professional raised questions that needed a greater level of expertise. I have no skills or experience in sorting out such issues, and found this foreign content area intimidating. I nervously committed to Jay's fee, without really knowing what I was asking for. <br /> Now that it's all over, I can shout IT WAS A BARGAIN!  <br /> Jay did a thorough examination, pinpointed the issues, and provided clear, concise suggestions for correction.  I understand it and I know what to do next. AND, the corrections are affordable.  <br /> He patiently walked me through the entire process, teaching me a great deal, and increasing my comfort level immeasurably. His knowledge is deep and wide, and he is very easy to work with. <br /> I endorse him without reservation! <br />"

"This company was great! Jake was honest and detail orientated in the bid process.  We were impressed by the hours they kept, came early stayed late. Communicated well and made the whole process go smoothly! We could not be happier to have the sand floor gone! <br />"

"Absolutely great. The owner, Jake, was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. I contacted him about fixing a portion of our retaining wall that had failed due to some settling that happened over the course of a few years from the initial installation. Jake got his crew over to our house within a couple of weeks and they fixed the wall very quickly. I would highly recommend The Wall to anyone who is looking for retaining wall work. They do a great job, are easy to communicate with, and stand by their work product. I would give them 10 stars if I could!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in La Center, WA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
