From the trees they input to the brick pavers, pergola entry way into the house equipped with solar lights, it glows when you come home in the evening. Oh and I threw them for a loop when I asked them to install our in ground trampoline, (of course we put it together but they dug the hole for the trampoline.). Simply exquisite and beautiful, and so many compliments from the neighbors! Due to shade, dog damage, etc., our back yard had turned into a mud yard.  The grass had thinned or died, and the soil had then eroded away.  Penton?s team added a few of inches of soil and then covered the soil with sod.

I first want to praise the Penton team for showing up when they said they would and doing what they agreed to do.  My back yard was transformed from mud yard to thick lawn.  My only complaint is with the damage done to my front yard while moving soil and sod to the back yard.  I understand that some damage is inevitable, but the other landscapers that I have seen put boards down to limit the heavy equipment damage.  Penton?s team instead put down narrow sod patches to cover the tracks left by their track steer.  This left a very uneven patch of lawn, with high tracks where the sod was set bordered by low ?barrow pit? areas.  Friends and neighbors have literally tripped due to the very uneven strips.  I don?t know how the damage can be repaired without stripping, leveling, and then re-sodding the area.

I?m very thankful for the work that John?s team did for us, but I get a little angry every time I mow the damaged area.

"Our driveway tear out and replacement went great. Crew got there about 10 am and immediately started to work on the demo. By the end of the day, they had removed all the old concrete in the driveway and front stoop, framed in the new drive and stoop, lain the sub-grade, and installed the rebar. They were back first thing the next morning to pour the concrete and finished before noon. Mike also put in wider expansion joints to combat the "street creep" that was the cause of our driveway and minor structural issues. We had an old basketball hoop set in concrete that that they removed for us and filled the hole in with dirt. My wife couldn't believe how fast the crew worked during the whole process and they did an excellent job of cleaning up both days they were there. I did have a bid that was $200 lower than but it didn't include rebar. Very satisfied with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
