"Ethical Exteriors was the last company we contacted after getting estimates from 4 other companies. I wish he would have been first because it would have saved me time and worry. Todd, the owner, is very professional and articulate and uses his own crew rather than sub-contractors. His crew is also very professional. They were on time, worked their butts off and did an outstanding job, even going above and beyond when they discovered an unforseen problem under the roof. Their cleanup was meticulous without any debris or nails being found around my house. I can't praise Todd and his crew enough. I was extremely impressed and give Todd and his company the highest recommendation."

"I recently bought an older home and found the roof was leaking. Being new to the area, Good's Roofing was recommended to me. I called and was very pleased to hear a person answer the phone. She was pleasant, patient and friendly every time I called or came into the office. I told her I had water coming in and scheduled an inspection. Happily, they were able to come out much sooner than planned. He inspected the roof, getting up with a ladder and also the attic. As the roof had been repaired several times it now needed replaced. They were able to do the work quickly which was great since it was the end of November. The crew was polite and hardworking, only stopping once for a short lunch break,and completing the roof in one day. They laid down tarps before starting and cleaned up well but I did find a few nails on the driveway. I called and asked if they could come back and go over the area again with the magnet. They were happy to do it and came back within a few days. Overall I am very satisfied with my new roof and the service and competence of this company. Thank you Good's Roofing!"

"Snow was removed and salt put on the roof to help melt the ice. Our house is one story in the front and 3 stories in the back. It took about a week for the salt to melt enough of the ice to stop the leaking into the house. Our ice was very thick in the front; less in the back. Job was done quickly as they had 3 guys on the roof; the only downside was they buried my dryer vent under 4 feet of snow. I had to get my son-in-law to dig it out. <br /> The price was a little high compared to another company I had contacted, but Lockhart was able to come out the soonest so I used them. So far I am not disappointed that I did. They will be doing additional work for me (gutters, roofing, and potentially siding) and I will do a review on each of those also. <br />"

"Very good, first day was tear off and water proofing roof for weather, perfect clean up. Day two roofing and valleys complete with just peak and vent cans left. Another great clean up. Day three finish job and clean up. All valleys and cans look perfectly straight line and a nice custom trim piece to trim below dormer. Very satisfied with project."

"i use many contractors for many things at my home. Vance and his wife Irene are top notch. We met with them we discussed what was needed. The price was absolutely the best. ( we got 4) quotes. The paperwork with the quote was complete with a copy of the companies license and workers comp insurance. Every part of this job went exactly the way I was told it would. Their employees were some of the best out there. They are true craftsman and I could not find one shingle or nail on my property. They did a total tear off and replacement of shingles. I have never experienced the level of honesty and service from any contractor as I I did with Ferguson Roofing. I cannot say enough good about them or the way they conduct their business."

"Along the way we managed to mis-communicate so the kitchen was painted as well. Some of the switch plates were also thrown out because one person on the crew thought I wasn't keeping them. These hiccups took time to resolve but the company ensured that matters were resolved. I've had many compliments on the finished job so I can attest to their quality. I would recommend them but do make sure that you have a fully written out contract (all the details spelled out) and that the person who you make the arrangements with is able to manage the project i.e. doesn't go out of town."
