The crew went above and beyond, killing vines choking our trees, mulching all the deadfall, and pushing the brush line all the way back beyond the trees (we live on Maryland wetlands). "Overall, I am happy with B.O.G lawn service. The only frustration I've had to this point is that I have it documented in my profile for service to be conducted at a certain timeframe in the day. I have a dog walker come anytime between 12pm - 2pm and because the weed control may not have dried by that time I have requested my service be performed early in the morning or late afternoon. Everytime I am scheduled for service I call the office to double check where I am in the routing and everytime it is a time the may interfere when the dog walker comes over. Again - overall I'm happy with the quality of the product and how far my lawn has come since starting B.O.G but there's some room for improvement with implementing customer requests for service."
