"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. I give them a A-"

"we have a toliet 40 yrs old, Curtis was able to repair it however because one part was no longer available, we can use it but decided we'd get a new toliet. AND HAVE CURTIS INSTALL it. Curtis is so nice, just like all of the Estes employees we have had the pleasure of meeting with. My husbasnd has been a customer of Estes for aqpproximately 30 yrs. They are an excellent co. for AC, Electrical and plumbing! We've used them for everything. Curtis is honest and took his time helping us. "I had a water leak in my front yard & after researching the highest rated Plumbers, I found Rooter Pro Plumbing of Georgia. They had great ratings on Trust Dale Caldwell, Angi's List, & Google. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great! I had them out later for an unrelated leak, and again it was completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technician Brian had to crawl around in my very tight 1965 crawl space and was super friendly and competent both times. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. "As an interior designer, I've had the opportunity to work with Brian and Excelsior on several projects including my own remodel. Brian is always professional with excellent attention to detail and a deep knowledge that only comes with being a 3rd generation plumber. On my personal project, all three of these qualities were surely tested. Only weeks after moving into my new home, I had a gurgling toilet, laundry soap suds baking up into sink drains, and finally a back up into my guest bathtub. Brian first checked that all my vents were clear, but the problem returned. On his second visit, I watched a frustrated but determined Brian mentally walk thru all of the pipes he had laid months before and decide exactly where to cut out a section to scope. In doing so, he finally found the problem. A solid piece of scrap pvc was lodged inside one of the pipes acting as a one way valve! I really appreciated Brian listening to me, believing that there was a problem to find, and doing everything he could to find it and fix it. For these reasons I am quick to recommend Brian and Excelsior Plumbing."

"Our technician Tim was fantastic. My wife needed to meet G Force at her mom's house to supervise repairs, and they did a great job keeping her informed of their ETA so she had plenty of time to travel to meet them. Once at the house, Tim discovered an issue with the concrete slab where the original toilet sat, which prevented a safe and secure install of the new toilet. He and his supervisor worked with us to recommend a repair and schedule a return visit that worked with my wife's schedule. On the second visit, Tim repaired the concrete, installed the new toilet and adjusted the height of the cutoff valve. Plus, he took a few extra minutes to walk the house (inside and out) with my mother-in-law to check the plumbing to ensure everything was in working order and confirm she knew what to do in the event of a water leak. He even took the time to label the majority of the valves in the house to make things easier for her. In looking for a plumber, we certainly found cheaper options, but without a doubt, we will phone G Force again (and request Tim as our technician)."
