"Chapin Fencing installed a black steel fence in my backyard in late Spring of 2018. Otto did a great job. It is a beautiful fence. I did have some shifting of the ground which made it difficult to open two of the three gates that were installed. I called Otto and he came over and moved two of the posts to give the gates more room to open. Fixed the problem and would not accept any payment as he stated that it was warranty work.
