The crew dug a deep trench, installed rebar, and poured a solid base. Once cured, the wall was built up and capped for a clean look. Drainage was included with weep holes and gravel backfill, which prevents water buildup behind the wall. The wall spans nearly 40 feet, transforming the yard into usable, level space."

This is to celebrate incredible product and service in case you are reading and are in the market for structural support. As a first time homeowner, I went through the arduous process of educating myself on everything about my home including its structure and one of the points of repair that I knew was critical was foundation repairs and retrofitting. I reached out to multiple contractors and got a few assessments and quotes and what was different about Alpha Structural is they are not "selling retrofitting" as some companies do. They have a team to come out to the home, give you all of the information you need about the condition of your home and they give a quote and project scope based on what you NEED and that was what set them apart in their first step. The pricing was very reasonable and I was really happy with the quote. Customer service was great, scheduling happened quickly, and they took the time to ensure that I understood what to expect. The best part - THE TEAM. The guys who showed up did an incredible job the entire process and even though structural work is loud and messy they cleaned the site every day, they worked with me to ensure that accessing the property wouldn't cause a disturbance, and we experienced blips like the heat going out due to the work and water temperature changes they fixed it immediately without any inconvenience. "This was the first time i undertook such an extensive project: new concrete driveway, artificial turf install, stucco wall , iron fences and motorized gate, drip irrigation, spotlights, new plantings. All the work was completed on time with utmost professionalism from Yosi and his very capable crews. Everything was upfront and there were never any surprises. "After years of neglect we needed a whole new yard and Fernando and his crew did a wonderful job. First they had to remove everything including some trees, weeds and overgrown plants. Then came new sprinklers, new sod, new block wall around planter, poured concrete for a new patio and made a retaining wall. They planted almost 150 new plants, 2 trees and trimmed our existing tree. All of this only took 10 working days just like Fernando quoted (and some of those days were 12 hours long).
