"I've used Brian and his crew for a few projects around my home and he's my go to landscaper for any outside needs I may have, like my latest project. Due to long-winded explanation, I had Brian replace all of my plastic, vinyl fence brackets to metal ones. And thanks to my new neighbor, we planned to have Brain move our fence to reclaim the 2 feet we lost to the previous owners fence on one side. Turns out Brian's survey was correct and my neighbor was wrong. Even though my neighbor cost me more money in labor, Brian did a great job at reinstalling my fence and I have confidence that that fence won't move for a long long time. I almost wish I had to do the same to the other side. :-) And all during this process, Brian had an open line of communication in regards to when this project would start b/c we had many delays, mainly the brackets being out of stock for a few weeks. All and all, Brian and his company are great at what they do and are meticulous in their work and provide a solid finish product."

Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."

"Steve Rich responded to my Sunday email quote request the same day and arranged for a property survey the next morning. Despite the fact that the DOB had no record of a tank being removed, the survey showed no tank present on my property. As follow up, soil samples were taken at the tank "grave' and a report (fortunately clean) was completed and submitted to the DOB. All taken care of within a week. My home insurance was reinstated before the insurance company's deadline to remedy their objection. Steve and his staff were very communicative and helpful throughout the process. They removed over 500 square feet of concrete and installed a 400 square foot patio all within a week. Our project manager was very perceptive noticing a few other problems too when he inspected. His estimate came quickly, was very fair. His crew arrived two days later and did an AMAZING job matching the existing patio, creating drainage away from the house. Polite, punctual, tidy.
