Ziello Electric is a newer business, but our team brings over 25 years of daily, hands-on electrical experience. That depth of knowledge sets us apart even from other licensed contractors. We understand not only how wiring is done today, but also how homes and buildings were originally wired decades ago. This insight allows us to diagnose issues faster, saving you valuable time, money, and downtime. Our clientel is as broad as our knowledge base, single home owners to property management firms, and HOA's. We specialize in many of Torrance's large condo complexes such as Windemere & SummerWind. Our guiding principles—Experience-Honesty-Excellence—drive every job. Ziello Electric has been purely word of mouth until now, a true testament to our ethics and dedication. We aren’t looking for one-time job we’re here to build lifetime client relationships. Customers say: Quick response

"Fernando at Flag Electrical called me quickly to ask about the specifics of the electrical project. I had ordered a new electrical dryer that was coming over the weekend, and Costco called me to make sure I had a 240 volt plug available for the dryer. I did NOT! Fernando was one of several who called me from Home Advisor, and he was able to come out quickly to the house, view the project, provide a quote, and was able to get his team out to install the new electric line from the panel and set up the new plug, all before the dryer came. He said he would be there at 8 am to start the job. Fernando and his team were there right at 8 am to start the project. They were done by lunch time and everything works great! Thank you Flag Electric!"

"Electrical Era was very attentive to provide service. I had wanted to make the change to an electrical vehicle but i was skeptical on installing a charging station. When i contacted him he was very responsive and explained the process. They gave me a quote. Once I decided to ok the project it wasnâ  t long before he started and finished. Im very satisfied with the work."

"“GO GREEN” I honestly thought it was a football team. But nope… it’s GO GREEN ELECTRIC company, and they’re the real winners! Ido showed up on time (already a victory), explained everything clearly, and even recommended something that would fix another electrical problem I didn’t know how to describe. The price was fair, and the work was excellent. In the end, Green definitely WON. So yes, GO GREEN not a football team, but an electric company I would highly recommend!"

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Los Angeles, CA

There are several telltale signs that your home is due for an electrical upgrade. You may need to rewire your house if your lights are constantly flickering or your circuit breaker keeps tripping. If you feel mild electric shocks when you touch light switches, hear buzzing sounds, or notice burning smells, you may need to rewire your house, too. Discolored or burnt-looking switches and faceplates are another crucial warning sign.

Properly installed copper wiring in a residential property can last as long as 50 to 100 years in some cases, but many homes over 30 years old are due for an upgrade. That’s the timeline that many experts recommend, even if it is only a partial update to accommodate technological advancements, increased power demands, and changing safety requirements.

At $3 to $5 per square foot, the cost to wire a 2,000-square-foot house ranges from $6,000 to $10,000, on average. This can depend on many factors, like the age and complexity of the house and how easy it is for contractors to access the areas they need to get the job done. Opening and repairing walls can further add to your total cost.
