We made a deal. He came with the crew the next week. His help was impressive. They were knowledgeable in there trade and they were polite and respectful that is hard to find these days. "My roof had a leak that dripped through the walls of my stairwell to my first floor.  I was expecting to pay thousands for a roof replacement.  When the Cobalt guy investigated, he said he could just seal the leak for about $75.  I was elated!
The repair was awesome.  He said the repair would sometime next week.  I didn't even know the repair had been done until I received a text letting me know they were finished.  It would be so great if we could trust everyone to do the job quickly and easily, like the Cobalt guys.
