"Excellent company. From the sales associate, Lowell, to the crew, Henry and Raphael: everyone was very professional and respectful. Lowell explained what I needed and didn't try to sell me on work I didn't want. The crew did an excellent job installing the gutters and even removed and installed a small rain gutter and barrel to the shed at back of property. "They removed the old shingles on our 4800 sq. ft. roof and replaced them with high-quality, 30-year, architectural shingles and a new synthetic paper backing. Additionally, they installed a new ridge venting system, as well as new 6" gutters and downspouts, that were cut to length on site. They replaced rotten wood where it was necessary too and had the lowest cost per sheet of plywood of any of the vendors that we had solicited. They worked fast and clean, systematically completing all of the work in three days. We wholeheartedly recommend this company."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Excellent. Gregory's worked us in during a busy wet Fall season, completing first the roof then gutters a couple of weeks later then the siding and window. They were very accommodating and worked hard to complete the work before the weather turned bad. We would strongly consider using them in the future. Their pricing may not be the lowest but you will get quality work."

"It was wonderful, almost magical.. After contacting several other installers and either getting a "vague, not sure what was included" estimate or no estimate at all.. I remembered a friend had some work done by Dave, and she was impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail.. I called. Dave came out and listened to what I was hoping to have done, we discussed options, he gave me a price and I knew exactly what I was getting and how it would be done. Within two weeks, his men came out, and Bam! In a whirlwind of focus and efficiency, it was done. Everything was double-checked by Dave (and his men). All the debris was gone, they even have a little hand vac.. When they left, it was like they had never been here, but somehow I had fabulous new windows."

Steve and his crew at SS Creative were the contractor I selected to repair the work. They did an excellent job matching the new construction to the old construction. "PJ was very enthusiastic about our project and provided us with much-needed design input. We were uncertain about knocking down the wall, but PJ agreed it was a great idea and we have all been amazed by how wonderfully it opens up our downstairs. <br /> He also fell in love (figuratively speaking!) with an old oak beam, and convinced us to leave it exposed. <br /> When we were disappointed to find the brick walls of our 1850's home covered with 1920's plaster--which meant we couldn't expose the brick for our backsplash--PJ found a manufacturer of real antique brick facade for our backsplash, and it turned out magnificent. <br /> We splurged on a Viking range and hood, and after unreasonable and inexplicable delays on the delivery of the hood, PJ went to bat and Got It Done. <br /> We are over-the-moon happy with the work PJ and his team did, and I can't recommend his services enough. <br />"
