"Excellent Service. Jim is incredibly responsive, accommodating, polite and SO knowledgeable about rugs. I was nervous about sending my special oriental rugs out for cleaning for the first time in their lives (about 70 years old). He explained the whole process and even sent me a video so I could see the first phase--the compressed air "vacuum" was a marvel--the dust storm proved that cleaning the rugs was worth every penny. He was careful moving our furniture and decorative items on both pick-up and delivery. He paid attention to every detail and even helped me turn around a small rug under a heavy cabinet before leaving today. I hesitated to ask, but having him right there was such a perfect opportunity, and he of course understands the benefit of balancing the wear on rugs. He obliged without a blink.
