"I had gotten several quotes for a new roof and Home Wise Pros was well in line with pricing. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Honest explanations on services to be performed, issues that might arise, and timeframe to complete the job. A print quote by email! (Some companies had me waiting a week with many excuses) On the day of my roof installation workers (including Jay, the owner) were at my house ON TIME (7am!)! We all scooted out so they could get to work. Throughout the day Jay was sending me images of any rotten wood that was discovered or any issues that arouse. The day was long and all rotten wood was replaced, all issues resolved, they worked late to get the roof done! It was beautiful!! Two days later (due to threats of rain) they were back! On a Saturday! to do the gutters! For the 17 years that I have lived here I have had a waterfall over my front door anytime we got heavy rain …. My new big gutters have solved that problem! (Please note I had gutters installed about 10 yrs ago, and the issue remained and I was told there was no remedy for the gushing gutter over my front door!) "Overall, our roof installation went well. Mr. Bafford came to the house to do the roof consultation. We appreciated his professionalism, knowlege in roofing, and being prepared as well as thorough. Afterwards, I contacted Mr. Bafford a couple of times with questions and he got back to right away. The price quote was fair and comparable to other quotes we received. Mr. Bafford came out to the house a second time with materials to assist us on selscting a roof color. Unfortunately, after everything was scheduled, our old roof leaked. Fitchtner Services were great about moving the roof install date sooner. The crew came and they were done in one day. They picked up scrapes and you could barely tell they were there. "After suffering wind damage on our roof and aluminum siding, we contacted ArchExteriors for an assessment. They confirmed our damage and pulled together appropriate information for us to submit to our insurance company. When our insurance adjuster came out, a representative from ArchExteriors came out and walked through the damage with them. We were thrilled with the result as funding for a new roof and siding was provided thru our insurance company. While finding appropriate breaks in the weather was a challenge, once identified, ArchExteriors came thru and in a single day, by mid-afternoon, we had a new roof. Once again, working around weather, work began on our siding 8 days later. Four days after that we had new siding and new gutters & downspouts. Having suffered some interior water damage from our leaky roof, ArchExteriors also came thru with appropriate repair & remediation for these damaged areas.
