Home Advisor's first company (Preferred Environmental Solutions, through Emerald Coast Air) assigned 3 successive tech who never came, so 6 weeks later Advanta Clean got the job, They came in just a few days. Mat and Jay worked hard. They could not remove one of the blowers for cleaning, due to design with coil in the way, but they did what they could in place. They got to that plenum through the side."

"The person was on time and professional. Vacuuming cleaning was very good although it didn?t seem like anything above 6 feet was dusted such as above windows and doors. Bathrooms were very clean, but I was surprised that the outside of the stainless steel kitchen appliances were not touched. Lastly, one of the sink stoppers in the master bedroom was broken off, and while I know it wasn?t intentional, I wasn?t told about it. I discovered it on my own."
