"Mr. McCann does high quality work at a good price. He is very experienced and did a beautiful job creating and installing a rounded gutter as well as installing straight gutters and downspouts. He also installed a flat roof, installed roofing on the rest of the house, replaced cedar shingles, and did some other carpentry. It is a pleasure to work with Mr. McCann. He is trustworthy and is an excellent communicator and meets deadlines. I particularly value his directness and honesty in assessing the best approach to the work at hand and telling me what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later ( I have an older house). I never felt he pressured me to do more work than was needed. Mr. McCann takes great pride in the quality of his work and in treating his customers fairly."

"I had a couple of issues that the Eagle HS Improvement's crew addressed in a prompt, professional and honorable manner. I had a fieldstone foundation as well as a fieldstone bulkhead cellar access that needed work. The fieldstone bulkhead was replaced and they also took care of a cracked poured concrete back porch - as the fieldstones that were originally supporting that had literally rolled out. When they took care of the bulkhead and replaced it with a poured concrete foundation, they also extended that under the back porch to support it! The cellar door inside the bulkhead was also updated. Further, they added support to the back porch roof by making the existing supports more sturdy! The fieldstone cellar walls were patched, built up and smoothed out both inside and out leaving a much more desired professional result! They also kindly accomplished the rearranging of material around the cellar to allow them access to the walls. I was very pleased with their work!"

"The guy actually doing the work is great. I wanted my deck to be stained as well as being repaired. The owner of the company did not want to complete the job due to having to wait too long for a dry couple of days, so he adjusted the bill, which I do not think was fair, but, ok. The stain was included in the estimate. Initially told me to find someone else to stain my deck. If you choose this company just make sure you receive an itemized estimate and final bill."
