Hi have been working for General Contractors and Homeowners for the last 30 years! Mostly re-models and new construction! I would normally do pre-paint and final construction clean ups! \nI like to do the fine detailed work that a lot of people skip over for all those final finishing touches!\nI paint, do caulking, give cabinets a new look, do door jams and walls! Also floors and appliances!\n As I am getting older what I’m really looking for are the vacation rentals.\nI am a people pleaser and love to see people happy with my work which they always are!\nI take my work very seriously and am good at trouble shooting and solving simple problems on site! I have worked all over the Coachella Valley and am willing to go up to 40 miles away. Have gone as far as Hemet and Big Bear! Prefer lower desert but will go to high desert if worth while!\nI also have built swimming pools and use to do a lot of concrete staining and polishing!

"Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in over 2 years. These guys were great! They really got out all of the stains including pet stains. The carpets looked like new which made the entire house smell fresh. I would recommend them!"

"Nayeli and Diego at Valley Elite are the best in the business! They are great with their communication and provide fantastic cleanings. I have worked with them for over 3 years cleaning our two vacation homes in the Coachella Valley and they are always on time and leave the houses in great shape. I often get stellar reviews for having such a clean house from my renters."

"Hired this company because I was able to get a great deal from them to clean and replace several ducts in my house. The office was able to send the workers to work at my house the following week after I spoke to them and the work went good. No problems or any tryout to add me more things to what I really need.
I will use them later for my next air duct cleaning.

"Sorry, it's been a while ago, and I don't remember all the specifics.  I am looking for someone to hire on a monthly basis and use the Angi's List offers to "try out" different providers. I do remember that Amber was very pleasant to deal with when scheduling my appointment.  The cleaning team was efficient, but I wasn't "thrilled" with the job that they did.  One bathroom was not cleaned (that may have been a communication issue).  I can't recall the other reasons at this time, but I do know that my thoughts were "I'll keep looking".  I did not call Amber about this for two reasons.. 1) I am not a complainer and I realize I received a discounted price (I don't recall what I paid) and 2) I felt if Amber wanted feedback from a first time customer, she would have contact me.

"Still wet 22 hrs later-- not good at all. Carpets look great but not good to be wet this long for padding."

"It went very well. David was very efficient and conscientious . My carpets loook great. He made sure everything was out of the way (curtains) so they didn’t get wet in the process. He was aware I had pets and made sure they were secured since the front door had to be left open."
