"We were concerned about protecting the landscaping along the driveway and chose this company because the owner Dan seemed to relate to our issues. We used Angie's List and two personal references to confirm our choice and got three separate quotes. The results were excellent. Dan knows his stuff. His crew was friendly and cooperative. They cleaned up every day they were on the job and did not disturb our landscaping more than a foot on either side. Taking up the old floor in our two car garage was done in tight quarters without any peripheral damage. I have waited more than a year to write this description because you can't judge the quality until you have some weather and traffic to test the quality. This is the second winter and there are no chips or cracks. the rain runs off away from the house and into the drain they installed. The drive starts as a single lane and then curves into a second lane in front of the two car garage. Overall the concrete work and leveling are excellent. We had slightly lower quotes for this work but we are very happy that we chose Specialized Concrete."

"I received 4 estimates from 4 different companies for the work that needed to be done and decided to go with Greene Concrete leveling due to the price and their 10 year warranty. They also came highly recommended from several people I had talked to. The crew of 2 young men showed up exactly on time. They were polite and courteous. Explained the estimated cost ($375.00), applied my coupon ($25.00 off) and went straight to work. They offered to caulk the crack between the walkway and the driveway for an additional fee ($30.00), which was a nice surprise because I had planned to do it myself afterwards, but since they offered the service I agreed to the extra cost and now I don't have to worry about it, which to me is worth the additional fee, plus the coupon evened it out. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and they were finished with project in about 35 minutes. They had to drill 4 holes in the walkway platform to pump concrete through the holes to lift the entire platform. They were able to raise the entire piece without any stress cracks or damage to the existing concrete slab. They power washed and cleaned the surrounding area and driveway when they were done. It was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Greene Concrete Leveling to anyone and will definitely use their services in the future if needed. I unfortunately did not take before pictures, but I included some pictures of the work when it was finished, I am very pleased with the results."

"This was a massive project for my budget so I was very thorough with my research for a contractor. Dan was always very responsive to my phone calls which was different from most of the other companies I was calling. When we saw the finished project, we could not have been happier that we choose Mardan Cement. The crew was nice, professional and very efficient. The project took 5 days and we have had countless compliments. Since deciding to do this job, I've been obsessed with looking at other people's driveway and patios to find the best and now I get to look at mine. I may be biased, but it's honestly one of the most beautiful I've seen. The driveway and sidewalk make our house stand out more than ever before and the stamped patio is exactly what I envisioned for a backyard oasis. The garage floor completes the entire project. Being an older Lakewood home, the uneven garage floor was an eye sore and it looks brand new! Replacing the storm sewer was slightly unexpected, but we knew it was a possibility as mandated by the city. We had all 4 of our gutters routed to the new storm line so they no longer drain onto the driveway. That was our choice and it finishes off the project nicely. "My wife and I could not be happier with the work and the professionalism of The Concrete Man and his people. We highly recommend them. First, I want to note that my wife and I have done a lot of work on our house over the years, including a complete three-story addition that doubled the living space of our house. We consider ourselves very experienced when it comes to hiring professionals and gauging the quality of their work. This job was straightforward. We needed a 10 foot, octagonal concrete pad placed as a foundation for a gazebo we intended to install. The concrete pad was to be located in the back corner of our property and due to a fence and a detached garage, there was no way to bring equipment back to the exact jobsite. We first met Steve who quoted the job. In spite of the COVID restrictions, he maintained the kind of friendly professionalism that you want to see in a contractor. The quote was ready for us directly, but because of unrelated work on our part, we delayed our acceptance. In fact, we lost the quote and I had to return to Angies List to try to find the contractor again. In spite of the delay, Steve remembered who we were and our project and, in fact, lined our project up with another project in the area for simplicity and efficiency. We needed the pad by a certain date, and he beat that date by a week. The team who arrived to do the work was simply outstanding. They were very attentive to our specific requirements. They were very patient in explaining our options. Finally, once they finished, they performed the single best jobsite cleanup that I have ever witnessed. My backyard was cleaner than it was before they got there. I highly recommend this company. I will hire them again."

"I have a stamped concrete walkway that I thought needed to be raised because I would get lots of water on it in sections after a rain.  He told me I most likely just needed drain tile and he gave me a referral.  I did not contact his referral but did have another company install drain tile and it worked perfectly. <br /> I truly appreciated his honesty in telling me how I could solve the problem.  I had a number of other companies give me quotes for their work but none of them suggested that what I really needed was drain tile. <br /> I would feel very confident in giving him a referral if I know of anyone who needs concrete work done. <br />"
